How to obtain the Spanish Visa

Entrepreneur Visa
Authorization for foreigners who plan to develop their business in Spain, provided the business is deemed an innovative business and has a high socioeconomic impact.
Non-profit visa
Residence authorization without a work permit for those who demonstrate that they have the necessary economic resources to live in Spain without the need to work.
Highly Qualified Professional
Residence and work authorization that is granted to professionals at the managerial or executive level, as well as researchers and specialists who are linked to large companies or SMEs in the strategic sector located in Spain.
Intra-company transfer
This allows for the mobility of workers between companies of the same group for a certain period. It also includes the transfer for the training of workers.
Social Integration Visa
Residence for people who have been in Spain for more than three years and prove to be socially integrated.
Community citizens registry
Registration of the residence of European citizens before the Central Registry of Foreigners.
Residence for relatives of EU citizens
This residence is recognized for spouses and, in general, to relatives of Spanish citizens or of any other country of the European Union, so that they can establish their residence in Spain.
Family reunification
It is Granted to the relatives of foreigners residing in Spain, by virtue of the family reunification right.
Asylum and refuge

Student Visa

Job Search Visa
This Visa is Granted to students who have completed their studies in Spain to stay in Spanish territory for a period of 12 months, in order to look for a job or undertake a business project.
Internship Visa
This permit authorizes the connection to Spanish companies of foreign citizens who have completed their studies in the last two years, by means of an internship agreement or work contract.
